SwiftplusSWiftPlus Update User Data

User Data is a way of displaying information relating to the patient to ensure that patient care is managed effectively and the patient flow is seamless, for example; falls risk, transport required.

• Left click on the patient and select Update User Data.
• The Update User Data screen will be displayed with the user defined data items set up for the current view. Select required User Data for your patient.
• You can enter data for the selected patient by typing, selecting or clicking as appropriate to each data type definition.
• Click OK. You will be returned to the ward update view where the user defined data for the selected patient is now displayed.
• When the patient is transferred to another ward, the User Data will be transferred to the new location.
