Introduction
The current telephones within the trusts are being replaced and the following video and guides will give you the required knowledge on how they work.
IMPORTANT NOTE: During the video the presenter talks about external call, dial 8, within our trust this is not changing and remains dial 9 for external call. Also will not have the "intercom" feature.
To phone an extension WITHIN your organisation - Dial the last 4 digits of the phone number.
To phone an extension OUTSIDE your organisation precede the last 4 digits of the phone number with the following numbers:
- R C H T, - 7 0 0 0
- C P F T, - 7 1 0 0
- N H S K, - 7 2 0 0
Please allow at least 10 minutes to complete this module. Please ensure that you have the sound enabled on your Computer.
