Patient Hub - I’ve Arrived
Description:
This is a virtual queuing system which queues patients side the clinic waiting rooms until they are required to attend their appointment. This removes the current risk of overcrowded waiting areas but going forward will also improve the patients experience of waiting for their appointment.
Suitable for:
Staff that either work on an Outpatient Reception desk or who would cover this area and need to invite patients in when the reception staff are not available.
