PAS Inpatient course

Description:
To track a patient admission and their hospital records from being admitted through to discharge.
A more in-depth course than is covered within the RTBM e-learning for nursing staff.

Suitable for:
For all administration staff who need to admit, transfer, discharge, confirm patient admission, change consultant and specialty, correct consultant/specialty and Swiftplus.

Learning outcomes:

• Understand the correct process to search for patients
• Update/amend patient demographic details
• Complete patient admission, transfer and discharge
• Understand patient pathways
• Print labels
• Change/correct consultant and speciality
• Swiftplus using PAS
• Locate and tracer patient hospital records
