Introduction 

This guide relates to the Alerts and Hazards dashboard panel. The panel is labelled non-exhaustive as at present only Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust are submitting information. 

For a full description of the various icons and the overall operation of the dashboard panel refer to the navigation and dashboard panel documents. 

Data items available 

Currently the following data is being sent to the DCCR: 

  • Dementia Diagnosis 

  • Genomics alerts 

  • Military Veteran 

  • Known anaesthesia issues 

  • Lasting power of attorney in place 

  • Uses British sign language 

Additional data will be added over time.

Navigation 

The expand icon can be used to view additional information. In this case it is not possible to access the original document unless this has been submitted separately and is included in the Document dashboard panel. See also: Documents.
