PAS BEA - Patient Search

This function will allow you to view patient details that are currently on a booked elective admissions list.

From the main menu select B E A Basic (M P W B).

Select B E A Patient Search (H W C R) from this menu and enter the patient number or search by patient details.

From the Patient Main Details screen you have several options:

• B E A list Episode Summary (E S) ,– This will allow you to view all of the B E A lists the patient is currently on including those where a T C I date has been allocated.

You can amend B E A registration details and allocate or cancel a T C I from this option.

• B E A list Registrations (R G) ,– Will allow you to place a patient on the B E A.
