This depends on the organisation. For General Practice, the data shared is through an existing product called the Medical Interoperability Gateway: Detailed Care Record | Healthcare Gateway | Interoperability Specialists. For other organisations, the programme needs to work with IT teams to establish or configure the technology to provide information to the Devon and Cornwall Care Record.
