DCCR - What information will be available?

The Devon and Cornwall Care Record will include a broad range of health and care data including: 

• Name, DOB, NHS number and contact details 
• Appointments -Hospital attendances 
• Medications 
• Diagnosis 
• Procedures 
• Laboratory results 
• Allergies 
• Immunisations
• Electronic Treatment Escalation Plan (eTEP) - currently only available in areas in which this has been implemented

 The data available on the Devon and Cornwall Care Record will grow overtime as we work with provider organisations to share information
