The Devon and Cornwall Care Record (DCCR) is a new system that brings together patient data from different health and care organisations into a single record.
It enables authorised health and care staff to see information held by other providers across Devon and Cornwall’s health and care system. This gives frontline staff a more complete view of a patient’s history, with information available in near ‘real time’.
