If a patient has an unknown postcode, to prevent a partial registration, complete the address and postcode fields as below, for example at ship/aircraft, not known or not specified.

• Address, - Enter the Address, for example name of ship mooring in St Mawes.
• Postcode, - Enter the postcode ZZ99 3WZ.
