Entering Estimated Time of Discharge

Estimated Time of Discharge can be entered from the PAS IP Basic menu

Inpatient Stay Movements (H I S M)

• Enter the patient number and return. The patients name will be displayed and the number 1 will be flashing in the bottom right to the screen. Press the Return or Enter key to take you to the Inpatient Stay Movements screen.
• From the action prompts select Other Change (O C).
• Select Change (C) and return through the data fields until you reach the Est. Time Discharge field.
• Enter the estimated time use the 24 hour clock format e.g. 2 pm would be entered as 1 4 0 0
• Continue pressing the return key to the bottom of the screen, type Ay and press the return key to Accept the details.
