The alert will display the following text:
Warning for British Sign Language
for patients who require British Sign Language please contact jobline staffing on 0 8 0 0 0 8 5 6 4 6 4
The Easy Read alert
The alert will display the following text:
Warning for Easy Read
For patients who require help with Easy Read communication please go to the Templates on the Document Library and search for Easy Read, download and complete.
Once you have read the Patient Alert enter Y for Yes to continue in the patient record.
