PAS BEA - Clinical TCI List

This print enables you to print a list of patients who have been allocated TCI’s for a specified period. You may choose to print the list by consultant, Hospital, list speciality or ward.

Select B E A Clinic T C I List (H W C T).

Type .– F1 for Help.

• Full list is printed in condensed characters.
• Summary print is abbreviated to enable it to be printed using normal sized characters.

Selection method ,– F1 for Help and select from the options offered.

The next data fields will vary depending on the method selected.

Start date ,– This cannot be a past date.

End date ,– This cannot be a past date.

Print comments ,– Enter Y or N.

Number of copies ,– Enter the number required.

Type Ay and press return to Accept.

Output to ,– Enter the relevant printer or F1 Lock for Help.

Simply return through the following data fields until the system takes you back to the menu. The print will now sit on the PAS Spoolfile until you request it to print – PAS BEA - Printing from the PAS Spoolfile
