PAS BEA - Remove a patient from the BEA List.
Estimated Reading Time: 1 MinutesIf a patient no longer needs to be on the B E A, they should be removed ensuring that only those patients requiring treatment are remaining on the list.
Select Remove Patient from B E A List (HWRP) from your menu. Search for and select the patient and relevant event.
The screen will display the B E A list the patient is on . ensure that you have selected the correct B E A entry before proceeding. Select N S (Next Screen).
You will be required to enter the Reason for Removal, type F1 for Help and select the appropriate reason.
Type Ay and press return to Accept
If Other Reason is selected you MUST enter a valid reason, e . g . moved from area.
