DCCR - How are users set up to access the DCCR?

For health and care professionals to be provided access to the Devon and Cornwall Care Record, they will need to have an account requested by an authorised sponsor in their organisations. The organisation itself will have needed to sign a Data Sharing Agreement.  

There is a support team for the Devon and Cornwall Care Team who will manage user accounts for the system.
