Ay, - AWAIT FILE, - To tracer notes back to Medical Records for filing.

C, - CONSULTANT, - To tracer notes to Consultants or their Secretaries.

D, - DEPARTMENT, - To tracer notes to a specific department.

I, - INPATIENT, - To tracer notes to wards for inpatients or patients expected onto the ward i.e. with a TCI date.

O, - OUTPATIENT, - Used for notes going to outpatient clinics.

F, - FREE FORMAT and X, - AWAIT DESTRUCT, - Only available to certain members of Medical Records department.
