PAS BEA - Starting a Pathway ID

You will now need to ensure that the episode has a Pathway I D associated with it.

Enter P A L to proceed to the Pathway Allocation screen.

Start New Pathway ,– Enter S N P.

Initiating Provider ,– Enter the appropriate Provider code. e . g . R C H T or press F1 for Help.

Pathway I D ,– Enter the letter Ay and an I D number will automatically be entered. e . g . REF0040.

Clock Start ,– This will default to the date the referral was received. Type Ay and press return to Accept.

The Pathway Allocation screen now shows the Pathway I D.

Type Ay and press return to Accept, you will be returned to the Book New Appointment screen.
