Patients with No Fixed Abode (no fixed permanent address)

Patients who do not have a fixed permanent address must be recorded using the national postcode of ZZ99 3VZ and must not be recorded as ZZ99 3WZ (which is only to be used if patients do not have a known address).

So the correct format would be:

• Address Line 1 - N F Ay.
• Address Line 2 – N F Ay.
• Address Line 3 – N F Ay or known County, for example Cornwall.
• Postcode - ZZ99 3VZ.

If country of origin is known please put country of origin postcode.
