Batch Clinic Reconciliation

This function can be used to record patient outcomes from a clinic. It is also a good option to ensure all patients have been reconciled from a clinic. The display should not be kept on screen for long periods of time, as it could prevent other users from accessing patients currently on the clinic.

From the OP Basic menu select Batch Clinic Reconciliation (H O B C R).

Enter the Diary code and date for the appropriate clinic e.g. R E G M W / 3 C C 30.07.18.

A list of patients whose outcome has not been recorded will be displayed.

Select the patient you require by entering the corresponding number on the left of the screen.

Continue to record the outcome.

You must access this option at the end of every clinic session to ensure that all patients have had their outcomes recorded. If you are missing any outcomes ensure that you find out the necessary information to complete the outcome, Procedure and RTT codes.
